Hello, This is our annual order opportunity for all Blues Societies in the USA and Canada who wish to receive FREE 2014 Blues Festival Guide magazines. Please complete the following: -Indicate the number of FREE magazines (yes, we pay the shipping) your society would like to distribute. There are 50 magazines per box, please order the number of magazines you’d like to receive based on full boxes. - Please supply the following information about your Blues Society which will be PRINTED in the 2014 Blues Festival Guide Magazine: Society Name, City, State/Province, Country, Email Address and Website Address - Type your shipping information. We ship UPS, so we must have a physical address (No PO Boxes, sorry). Be sure to indicate if this location is a residence or business, US and Canadian addresses only (Note: home offices qualify as RESIDENCE). Deadline for your response is April 1, 2014. Expect your magazines to arrive around May 1st. STOP if you are NOT a Blues Society! If you wish to receive magazines and are not affiliated with a Blues Society, please email your request directly to Tracey@BluesFestivalGuide.com.
